Outlook 02 doesnt prompt for profiles at startup

i have created a second profile for my works echange server account.

i have selected the option to "prompt for profile to use" at startup. upon
opening outlook i goes to the same profile, and never prompts.

I have also told it to load the new exchange profile on startup and it still
loads the other.

my shortcut to load the program just specifies OUTLOOK.EXE, nothing special
after it.

Can i add something to the shortcut command to make it ask me what profile?
