Outlook 02 wont show Backup Add-in

I downloaded and installed the backup add-in for Outlook
02, which I am runnig on XP. The installation goes
successfully, but it downs show up in the program. When
I go into COM Add-in manager, the backup option is
unchecked. I check it, but when I go back in its
unchecked again. Any tips?
