Outlook 03 and Office 07 problems?

Our company would like to know if their are any known issues installing and
running Outlook 2003 while using Office 2007 on XP? Is thier conflicts,
functionallity probelms etc> Can you provide me a short list or direct me to
a link so I can read up on possible problems. Thank you in advance

You cannot use Word as your email editor anymore then in Outlook.
Also, Office integration features such as Mail Merge won't function properly
or anymore.
Aside from that, it is a supported configuration.

Any specific reason to upgrade Office aside from Outlook?
