Outlook 03 and perpetual safe mode

Hi, Outlook has had a moment and now will only let me open it in safe mode,
when I select that I dont want to run in safe mode, it just prompts me to
open in safe mode again. I have done a reboot but this didnt work. How can I
make outlook start normally?? Cheers

Does it work if you make a new profile? Are you using any addins?
