Outlook 03 Appointment Time Problem

I use Outlook 2003 SP3 under Win XP Pro (fully updated, malware protected
and screened).

Got a new problem that started recently (no hardware or software changes).
When I create a new appointment and hit the drop down arrow for the start
time
or end time, the time list appears. But when I move the pointer into the
list to select, the list disappears so I can't set the time.

I ran Detect/Repair which didn't help. Any ideas to fix?

Unchecking "Activation Follows Mouse" in TWEAK-UI resolved this.
