Outlook 03 Inbox & Sent Items folder Strange Behaviour

I was wondering if anyone have experience this bizarre outlook 03 behaviour.
Randomly, my outlook sent items folder will display the "from" field instead
of the "to", and vice versa for my inbox too.
Can smeone please help ? don't really know what the issue is or how to
resolve this issue. Thanks.

it's a corrupt view - you'll need to reset it.
