Outlook 03's Junk E-mail folder

Just a quick one:

I use a few IMAP email accounts through Outlook 2003 but I don't want
to use the Junk E-mail folders. I've done the usual steps to
'unsubscribe' from the folders but when I restart Outlook they
reappear.

My Junk email filtering is off, and everything else set to the lowest
level. I can't find out how to get rid of these folders permanently.

Anyone got any ideas?!
