Outlook 07 BCM Removing default unused contacts entry

B

Bob Day

Using Outlook 07with Business Contact Manager on XP (all latest updates)-

I have moved all contacts (including personal contacts) and information to
BCM because of the added benefits of BCM.

1) In my contact task pane on the left, there is still an entry for Contacts
from a .pst file. This is empty and I would like to remove it from
displaying, but do not see how. If removed, it would leave only the BCM
contacts (which is what I want).

2) More importantly, I am unable to uncheck "include in address book"
because it is grayed out in the properties on Contacts.. I would like to
uncheck it, have it not appear in the address book, or at lease make the BCM
contacts the default that comes up in the address book (I am referring to the
address book you get on email when you click the TO button to look up an
address).

Any ideas on either point?
Thanks
Bob

I haven't come across a way to remove the Outlook Contacts folder.
