Outlook 07 constantly crashes when I reply or start a new mail

Most times when I click new message or reply to a message outlook 07 crashes
and needs to re-start.

I have run update and office diagnostics - no result.

Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, click change on Adobe Acrobat Pro
6/7 (not the reader) and remove the Outlook & Office plugins.
