Someone is using your e-mail address to send spam, just like when you receive
spam and you see it is sent from an e-mail address that looks legitimate --
the spammers know how to get around the issue of verifying that they are
really you. Don't worry about the bounces, just delete them.
Is the only proof the "bounces" you get? You don't see Outlook actually
sending anything?
If the above is the case, then you are just receiving bounces for spam
that was sent with your email address forged into the 'From' header. We
all get these - nothing to worry about.
