Outlook 07 Quick Click option won't reset

Several months ago, I set the Outlook Quick Click option. Now I want to
change it to something else. When I change it (using Actions / Categorize /
Set Quick Click), it retains the new value for the remainder of my Outlook
session; but once I exit and restart, it resets to the value I set back to
red.

It's a known issue that will be addressed in a later update or service pack.
