I removed IE 7 & Outlook Explorer this weekend.
First I used the built in Windows remove feature via the Control Panel (XP)
Then I blasted IE7 and Outlook Express from the registry
I have upgraded to IE 8
IE 8 is running just fine
Windows XP is running just fine
ALL of Office 07 is working (Word, PPT, Excel) fine,
HOWEVER, when I go to open my Outlook (which had been fine before the IE) it
says "You Need Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher for this to work. Go to the
Internet Explorer.com site.
I have put in my Office 2007 disk and tried to repair....nothing
Ideas on how to get Outlook to recognize IE is in place and working just fine?
Thanks
