Outlook 07 won't keep default signature

Tools/mail/signatures won't keep my default signature. I have a few accounts
and when I change the default signature, press ok and exit, it doesn't change
the signature to what I have selected. I can go back thru it again and see
the same signature and it's as if I didn't change it at all.
