Outlook 07has Stopped Working when opening a mailto link or ShareP

I have Outlook 2007 on a Windows Vista Business system. Outlook opens fine
when I open from it the Start menu. However, if I try to open it through IE
7 I have issues. I cannot send emails by clicking the mailto: link, I cannot
open calendar files, and I cannot syncronize my my sharepoint server. Any
other attemps in opening Outlook will display the same prompt.

I have checked my program defaults and Outlook is my default email program
as well as the default program to handle any mailto references. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated?
