Hi all,
First I want to apologize if this topic has been discussed else
where... I tried to search for it and came up with only one post, which
I couldn't response to, I don't know why...
Any way here the problem:
I recently installed Office 2007 B2TR build 4407, on a brand new laptop
(running on WinXP - fresh and clean installation, no third party
software/application were installed).
I have configured my e-mail account and that I noticed that every time
that an e-mail is being received, it immediately causing my Outlook to
crash...
I have searched allot for a solution to that problem and in every
possible solution I was told to disable the PDF maker add-in and the
VBA script add-in (which I did...) and still the problem persists.
HOWEVER - when I boot Outlook in safe mode every thing is working great
and no crashes in sight... which means only one thing - that outlook is
loading along a service/add-in which makes it crash when receiving an
e-mail (but as I have said, all my plug-ins and add-ins are already
disabled).
Any ideas?
