Outlook 200 Formatting pasted Excel 97 spreadsheet

I have a client that is running Outlook 2000 from the SBS 2000 distribution on Windows XP workstations. They have a special formatted Excel 97 worksheet that they cut and paste into an email message for distribution. However, depending on the particular machine, the spreadsheet will either keep its format, keep the colors but drop grid lines or show in black and white. Additionally, the spreadsheet would look fine when creating the message and then change format after it has been sent (viewed either by receipent or in sent folder). I have tried this with both HTML and Outlook Rich Text message formats

Any help would be appreciated
