outlook 200 on vista ultimate

i recently installed outlook 200 on my laptop with vista ultimate and for
somereason everytime i open outlook it runs the setup wizard even though when
you click "next" it says it is already configured. can anyone tell my how to
fix this?

Only Outlook 2003 and above are fully compatible with Vista

PS if Outlook is installed in Corporate mode it may be OK
