Outlook 200 to Outlook XP Upgrade

I want to upgrade my Office product to Office XP which I believe includes
Outlook 2002 or Outlook XP. When I upgrade will all of my rules and other
data such as contacts and Address books be preserved, or should I find each
individual file and store them away in a safe place?

It should upgrade just fine, but I always take the "better safe than sorry"
approach.
