Outlook 200: Your current security settings prohibit runnnig Activ

MS Outlook 2000 issue: When I click on certain emails that are recieved in my
mailbox I get - error - "your current security settings prohibit runnnig
Active X controls on this page as a result the page may not disaplay
correctly".
The person who is sending these mails uses Outlook 2003, however the user's
colleague who is working on Outlook 2000 can access the same mails without
any problem.

Any suggestions?
