Outlook 2000/2003 compatibility

I have a user that will be logged into 2 PC's one windows 2000/office 2000
the other XP/office 2003. He gets errors send and receive errors in Outlook
2003 and delays in Outlook 2000 if he is logged into both machines with both
Office applications open. Has Anyone seen this before?

Will upgrading the office 2000 to 2003 resolve this issue?
