Re: Outlook 2000 Address Book dysfunctional
Hi,
I run W2k Pro sp4 / Office 2k /AVG Zone Alarm 3.5
on a little desktop at home ("56k" dial-in only).
The OS is up-to-date. Outlook 2000 is at 9.0.0.9211
and I use it for internet Email.
If I use my Address Book to send a message, the
message fails to transmit.
If I bring up Address Book and rt-click Properties
I get:
"The Properties dialog box could not be displayed.
An invalid ENTRYID was passed in."
When I display the Contacts folder the names look OK.
But many of the Email addresses are missing.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing
this behavior? What I might be able to do to
fix it?
Any/all info/help would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
