Outlook 2000 Address Book(GAL) desktop shortcut

One of my users swears that she used to have a desktop link to the Outlook
2000 address book(global address book). I have looked everywhere and tried
everything. Do you have any ideas?

The MS Office tool bar provides direct links to various OL options, eg New
Msg, Contacts etc
