outlook 2000 address book won't work on new computer with Vista

I am trying to get my outllook 2000 to work. Everytime I open it it wants to
do the startup wizard. It then seems to work, but I can't open the address
book. It says it can"t find the WAB DLL.

Your Outlook version has been out of date and out of support for years. It
cannot run on Vista. One should never upgrade an OS without first checking
to see if the applications they use will still work.
