I am working for a dutch organisation. Now
I have a problem and I think it has something to do with the
synchronisation between the Palm Tungsten and Microsoft Outlook 2000.
Before starting with the problem, i give you a brief situation of the
infrastructure here. We use Microsoft Windows 2000 Clients with a
Microsoft Exchange Server. On the client there is also installed
Microsoft Office 2000 (including Outlook 2000).
Now I am starting with the problem:
We have one user, which have two secretary people working for
him. The last two persons can add and remove appointments in his
outlookagenda. That is working very fine. When they add a appointment,
the appointment is also seen in his agenda. So Outlook is working good.
When the user with the Palm will synchronisate his Palm there are
appointments in his Palm which where deleted in his outlookagenda and
visa versa. So appointments which were cancelled are standin in his
Palm. Sometimes appointments are coming twice at the same time in the
outlook agenda after synchronisation.
With kind regards,
Dennis
