I am replacing teacher computers in our school we are using OL2000 and
exchange server 5.5. I have installed outlook setup exchange server it works
fine on our test accounts and new accounts. But on the teacher accounts I
get an error when opening outlook. Page fault in module <unknown>at
0000:00000001. It comes up and displays mail but no preview, the only option
is to close and that closes outlook. I think it probably has to do with
archived mail but am unable to solve it. I have deleted all personal and
option folders and still get the error. I have tried to import my
archive.pst file and am out of ideals. We are using windows 98se for the
operating system and office 2000 pro. Exchange is running on windows NT4.0
on the server.
