Outlook 2000 and Kernel32.dll errors

I have 4 systems that have Outlook 2000 with all current SP's installed -
running WinXP SP2.
I am unable to start Outlook 2k and Outlook XP. I get KERNEL32.DLL errors.
This can't be the only instance out there. If anyone else has experienced
this, is there a resolve for it? I have "googled" my brains out on this one.
