Once I have my preferred mail manager 2000 or OE6 how do I delete all the
data on the other one so as not to have extra space wasted. Probably will use
Outlook 2000 so do I delete all the wab and dbx files on the OE ?

You answered yourself. Delete all .dbx files. I would be careful of the
..wab depending on your mode of Outlook 2000. Best to just leave that - it
is usually only a few kb anyway.
