Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002

My user was able to Rename there INBOX in outlook 2000 to
sbc account.

I upgraded her outlook 2000 to outlook 2002/xp. But the
problem is still there. Can somebody help me with this
problem. I looked all over the web but didn't find
anything that will allow me to rename her INBOX folder to
inbox
