outlook 2000 and outlook express 6 internet only

I made a mistake on the first post.
The address book on the tool menu and and the short cut on
address menu both open the (wab) address book not the (pst)
as expected. I can open the folders and click contacts
and it opens fine. I looked a properties and the address
contact properties book is grayed out where you can set
the address book to use. I need to get in and set the
address book properties to have contacts as the default
address book. I do not know how to activate this feature.
I have my outlook 2000 set to internet only.
