Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP not allowing to send emails from ACT

I have 3 machines at work that do not allow emails to go from ACT without
first asking for permission through Outlook a window pops up asking for
permission with allow for 1,5,10 mins or do not allow you can select any of
the timed options and for each email sent from ACT it ask you idependently to
allow or not so you have to stay there and hit yes for each email. This is
not good for me, we send out mass emailings to our customers from ACT and
this has stopped us from doing it.
