Outlook 2000 and Windows XP SP2

WE have a problem after upgrading Windows 2000 to XP.

We made a brand new XP sp2 install,
then install Office 2000 incl. outlook 2000, incl. SP3a
Works fine for some time,
but after a little while outlook 2000 does not refresh automaticly the e-mail.
Only when you switch from inbox to outbox or others it refreshes and then
sends and receives the mail.

Working with SBS2003 latest SP's.

In windows 2000 you do not have this problem.

Any solution ?
