Outlook 2000 asks for Microsoft Exchange Server etc.

Had to rebuild system starting w/ WIN me then upgrading to
2000 Pro. After Office 2000 SR-1 loaded, Outlook requests
Microsoft Exchange Server, etc. Where do I get that info?
Trying to reestablish ActiveSync 3.5 for communicating to
IPAQ 3955.
