I get this message every time AutoArchive attempts to run: "Error
while archiving folder *** in store ***. The file D:\My
Documents\Outlook\Archive\Archive.pst could not be opened.
Problem:
I've set the program to archive to C:\Documents and
Settings\*username*\My Documents\Outlook\Archive.pst
I'm running XP Pro. I've made sure the settings are correct in the
properties of each folder and in the Tool -> Options -> Other (tab) ->
AutoArchive Settings.
One thing I realized recently is that my username ends with a "d"
(lowercase, I'm in a corporate environment so changing the username is
not an option), so beginning with the last letter of my username the
archive path is
"d\My Documents\...". This may be a bit too far-fetched and a bit of
wishful thinking on my part, but at this point it's my only idea.
