Outlook 2000 BCC or?

Shelton

I have a customer who has concerns that an employee is abusing the email at
the office. He has asked me if there is a way to have all outgoing emails
sent to him also. Preferably without the employee having to CC him etc since
they could go around that, or is there a way to keep employees from deleting
sent items?
The employer will warn office workers prior to enabling either one.
Thanks

Pat, I suppose you are asking about setting the app to leave the mail on the
server? They have a web host and the email is coming thru the host. I was
thinking that was one way but could always be unchecked by the user. Not
using Exchange just the web host.

BillR, I will see about that script but it sounds like I might have to deal
with the security warnings.

Thanks Guys!! If you think of any other ways please post back and I will
keep checking.

Signing code will have no effect on the security warnings coming from the Outlook "object model guard." The page at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm covers available options to avoid the prompts.

I was referring to the macro security warning the user might get. Sign it so
default macro security settings can be used.
You already have info about using the redemption library to avoiding the
model guard warningin the link I provided.
