Outlook 2000 blank email content

I have a user sometimes receiving email with blank content while while other
in the same company with Outlook 2000 also have no problem seeing the
content of the same email. I checked the anti virus (Symantec 10.1
corporate) and no activie noted. I also checked fro possible rich text
problem and the user has no problem with rich text email with formatted
font. The OS is XP SP2 with all latest patches including Office 2000
patches.
