Outlook 2000 blank messages

I've got a user in my environment experiencing something
interesting in Outlook 2000. He will receive an e-mail
formatted in HTML. The preview window shows the message
properly, as well as when he double-clicks and opens the
message. If he closes the message and goes on to the
next one, then comes back to the original message, all
body-text has disappeared...gone...goodbye. Any idea why
this is happening and how to fix it?
