outlook 2000 calendar shows permanently busy

A users outlook calendar shows busy for several weeks through 9 to 5
even though she has several open times on any given day. Looking back
into her calendar history shows no recurring meeting any greater than
recurring every tuesday and wednesday at from 9 to 10.

Open her Outlook using the /cleanfreebusy switch to see if that rectifies the
issue.
