Outlook 2000 Calendaring Question

We have a user that maintains a calendar for her
supervisor and also maintains a calendar for the Marketing
Group. The same appts. that go in the supervisor's
calendar need to also go on the marketing calendar. Is it
possible to enter once, yet be posting on both at one time?

Sorry, there is no way you can do it using the current feature-set in
Outlook. You can invite the other user as an attendee
(required/optional/resource) to have it on multiple users' calendars.
