outlook 2000 callendar and treo 650 sync

due to having duplication of appointments, I told my treo to overirde the
computer one time during a sync. the result, I lost all calendar data prior
to today.

my archive file isn't showing me anything prior to today either. Can it be
restored, found, etc? HELP?????
