Outlook 2000 - Can't delete a form

I tried to follow the instructions from Help (Tools, Options, Other,
Advanced), but there is no button to access Custom Forms from the Advanced
menu. Some other items I read talk about navigating to the folder, clicking
on Properties, and so on. But I have not found how to navigate to the
Personal Forms Library other than via Tools, Forms, Choose Forms which does
not provide me with a way to delete forms or modify properties. I searched
the Knowledge Base and could not find the answer (then the KB went off-line).
Anyone with any leads? Thanks Mark
