Outlook 2000 can't print body

Hello.... Outlook 2000 SR 1 ( 9.0.0.4527 ) installed
on windows 2000 with sp4 and all available security
Patches doesn't print message body of received e-mail.
I can see the message in preview correctly.
Instead, on the paper, i can see header, subject, sign
but not the body.
