Outlook 2000 - Changing to Corporate / Workgroup Mode - Internal Error 2318

Hi,

I wonder if you can please help. I am trying to change Outlook 2000 (with
latest Service Pack's applied) to Corporate / Workgroup mode from Internet
only, so that I can repair one of the personal folder .PST files. I have
the original MS-Office 2000 cd and I receive repetitive errors 1321 due to
permissions on various files (eg. olxchng9.chm) which I ignore and finally
everything stops with an internal error 2318. Any help would be
appreciated.
