Outlook 2000 close suddenly when applying a rule

I have a Outlook 2000 Premium SR-1 installed in a server running Windows
Server 2003 std and Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise. I have also set up a
rule to reply an email to the sender. Once an email is arrived at the
Exchange server while the Outlook client is running, the Outlook client
suddenly stop. There are no error found in Event Log. What can I do to
solve the problem?
