Outlook 2000 Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) Update

I have downloaded the CDO Office update, but eash time, I
just get the short error message - that I first need to
install the "MS Outlook email security update". I have
searched but cannot find this on the website. Can you help
or suggest the right link?

I believe you need to install sp3 -
