Outlook 2000 Contact and Address Book

When I add a new contact from incoming mail, it goes into
the Contacts, but not into the Address Book. This is
very irritating, depending on the way one creates new
mail or forwards mail, etc. Any suggestions are
appreciated.

Your address book should come directly from your Contacts folder. If you
right click on the Contacts folder and choose Properties then go to the
Outlook Address Book tab, is the box marked to show the folder as an address
book?
