Outlook 2000 Contact error

Hello,

I have a user using Microsoft Outlook 2000 SP3. When this
user tries to select contacts from the select names window
(Create new message, click the to button) he receives an
application error. The application error is as follows:

The exception unknown software exception occurred in the
application at location
0X2731ab6
click on ok to terminate the program

This error only occurs on one machine and only with his
contacts. I cannot recreate the issue anywhere else.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.
