Q1) Is there a way of creating distribution list without
selecting the contacts one by one?

Q2) After distribution list is created, what is the best
way of maintaining, managing it? Like for example to add
new contacts, delete contacts etc.

Q3) How to send out company monthly newsletter using
distribution list?
