Outlook 2000 - Contacts Won't Open

I cannot open a contact. I can create a new one but cannot open one already
created. When I try to open a contact, I get a message that Outlook has
encountered a problem and has to shutdown. Any suggustions??? HELP!!!

Try clearing your forms cache. These instructions are for Outlook 2003, but
they may work for OL 2000 as well:
