Outlook 2000 Contacts

I'm trying to customize my Contacts file in Outlook 2000
by renaming User Fields 1 -4, which are found under
Miscellaneous Fields drop-down in All Fields tab. I want
to use the same value in all my contacts, but can't figure
out a way to change the field properties and rename the
field. Any assistance is appreciated!
