Outlook 2000 Crash

I received an e-mail, because it's the last e-mail in the
inbox I get this message: OUTLOOK.exe has generated
errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need te
restart the program.
An error log is being created.
I can't select anything else in Outlook, it closed
automatically.
Hope you can help me.

If you turn off the preview pane, can you delete the bad message?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Daniel asked:
